When you encounter issues in air-gapped environments, the Download Cluster Data feature enables you to collect and share essential cluster information with the ScaleOps support team. This comprehensive data package extracts Kubernetes resources, policies, configurations, events, and logs to provide full cluster visibility for troubleshooting.
How to Use
- Navigate to the Settings page in your ScaleOps dashboard
- Navigate to the Support tab
- Click the Download button to generate and download the cluster data file
- Share the downloaded file with ScaleOps support team
