Managing Users in ScaleOps Cloud

ScaleOps employs an easy-to-use platform that allows you to manage users and roles effectively. This guide provides a step-by-step process to set up users and roles in ScaleOps.

Role Types

  • Admin: Authorized to perform any action on the platform including granting permissions to other users, creating policies and managing alerts, automating workloads and viewing all content.
  • Operator: Authorized to automate and attach policies to workloads and view all content.
  • Viewer: Authorized only to view all content.

Inviting Users

On the User Page, click “Invite User”

This will open the Invite User dialog, fill in the email and select the role for the user.

Invited Users will receive an email with a link to access the ScaleOps platform, the use must login with their email to access the platform.
