Default SSO Group

When using Cloud SSO, users who were not assigned to any group will not be authorized to access ScaleOps. You can assign these users to a default group so they automatically receive the permissions associated with that group.

Configuring a Default Group

1. Navigate to Settings → SSO Configuration
2. Expand the Advanced configuration section
3. Check Assign to a default group
4. Select the desired group from the dropdown

When enabled, any user who authenticates without any matching group will be automatically assigned to the selected group and inherit its role and permissions.
