Peleg AI SRE Agent

Available in v1.28.0+

Peleg AI SRE Agent is an AI-powered chat assistant that helps you improve your cluster state. It runs on AWS Bedrock using an Anthropic model (currently using Claude Opus 4.6) and is cluster-aware, providing actionable recommendations based on your actual cluster data.

The assistant is read-only and does not take any action on your cluster—it only provides guidance and recommendations.

How to Access Peleg AI SRE Agent

You can open the Peleg AI SRE Agent in two ways:

• Via menu — Use the Peleg AI SRE Agent entry in the main navigation menu
• Via search — Use the search bar to quickly access the Peleg AI SRE Agent chat

Enable or Disable Peleg AI SRE Agent

Peleg AI SRE Agent is enabled by default, and can be controlled via Helm parameters:

Enable:

--set sreAgent.enabled=true

Disable:

--set sreAgent.enabled=false

Data Handling and Confidentiality

Peleg AI SRE Agent processes your cluster context to deliver relevant recommendations. Infrastructure data is handled with strict controls:

• No model training: Your cluster metadata and usage patterns are never used to train or fine-tune AI models.
• Secure data processing: Queries and responses are transmitted over secure channels.
• Minimal retention: The assistant responds in real time without storing your infrastructure details for model improvement.
• Privacy by design: The assistant is built to guide and recommend while keeping data private and accessible only to users who have access to this data.
