ScaleOps Cloud ☁️
ScaleOps Cloud enables you to host your dashboards while delivering a SaaS-like experience, all without storing or hosting any of your sensitive data.
Architecture
A ScaleOps instance is hosted in our cloud environment. Your on-premises ScaleOps instance initiates a secure connection to the ScaleOps Cloud, streaming real-time data to it.
Data Privacy
ScaleOps Cloud receives all of its data via a secure communication tunnel from your on-premises ScaleOps instance. The data is streamed in real time and is not stored persistently in the ScaleOps Cloud. Persistent storage exists only in your cluster, where the data is saved on a persistent volume created by the Prometheus component deployed as part of the ScaleOps Helm chart.

Enable ScaleOps Cloud via helm parameters
ScaleOps Cloud can be enabled by adding the following helm values to the ScaleOps upgrade command:
--set scaleopsCloud.enabled=trueEnable ScaleOps Cloud via settings
Navigate to the general settings, and enable the ScaleOps Cloud feature.
Availability
Note that all other dashboard access methods remain accessible, regardless of ScaleOps Cloud availability.
